Did you know that there are 7,200 nerve endings in a single foot?
Archeologists have shown that the ancient Egyptians & Chinese used foot acupressure as part of their medecine. In the West, it's American physiotherapist Eunice Ingham who drew the first chart of the reflex zones in the feet in 1930.
By applying just the right pressure with thumbs and fingers, the Reflexologist can gently stimulate all the body's systems and improve organ function.
The Workshop will be hands-on. You'll learn the important points to stimulate for health maintenance. The hand pressure points are especially useful because you can use them anywhere – even in a boring meeting – and no one will notice what you're up to!

Sofia Brignone is a certified Reflexologist using the Original Ingham Method and practising in Paris. Her youngest patient is 3 years old and her oldest patient 90. Every year she volunteers at a clinic in the Mexican jungle, bringing the benefits of Reflexology to all who are willing to try something new …
